North West London's DJ Cabbie has been an integral part of the Drum and Bass scene for many years with his unique sound, using his technical background as a sound engineer to produce and master tracks of the highest standard. His trademark sound is relentlessly uncompromising, filling the air waves with soaring synths and pounding bass lines which have been entertaining the dance floor masses for over ten years. Having had releases on some of the most prolific labels in the industry such as the exceptional Ganja, Chronic and Timeless to name but a few, Cabbie shows no signs of slowing down anytime soon. Turning his attention to his own imprint Pollution Records, they're proud to bring you the 'Water Cycle EP', an exciting diversion from their usual hard hitting style of Drum and Bass. Elegant and deliciously smooth with deep soulful attributes, it's set to be a staple for any playlist this summer. Featuring the beautifully mesmerising Rumours by the heavyweight Majistrate, the track introduces the EP and gently eases the listener in to the delightful sound of 'Water Cycle'. Reminisce by the label owner himself alongside Ludegoo is an upbeat offering, laden with deep vocals and enticing drum patterns which will captivate audiences all over. North London resident Origin also makes an appearance with All in One, raising the tempo and offering another summer classic dripping in vocals. The mellifluous Walk Around by Renegade completes 'Water Cycle' and echoes the constant softness to the EP. Water Cycle has gained support from the likes of Fabio, Grooverider, Bailey Crissy Chris and Hype to name a few and is destined to be the liquid EP of the summer months.
